How do I book a Stone City showroom visit?
Two options on this page: Phone / Virtual Consult (30 minutes — discuss your project, materials, and rough budget without coming in), and In-Person Showroom Visit (60 minutes — walk the warehouse, tag candidate slabs, and meet your project manager). Saturday slots book out fast; everyone else is usually available 1–3 days out.
Option 1
Phone / Virtual Consult
30 minutes by phone or video. Best when you’re still in early planning or you can’t come to Chicago in person. We’ll talk materials, rough budget, and timeline.
Option 2
In-Person Showroom Visit
60 minutes at our Chicago warehouse. Walk the slab inventory, tag candidates for your project, meet the team. Bring your designer or contractor if you have one.
Booking questions
Phone/virtual is a 30-minute call to discuss your project, materials, and rough budget — no slab selection. In-person is a 60-minute warehouse visit where we walk the floor together, tag candidates for your project, and answer questions face-to-face.
Neither option fits?
Send a note describing what would work for you — odd hours, group visits, video walkthroughs, whatever. We’re flexible.
